Benefits of Hydraulic Equipment

Hydraulic resistance offers several important benefits that free weights or other exercise equipment cannot offer:

 

1.     Self-Accommodating Resistance- the amount of force that a member exerts is the amount of force they receives in return.

2.     Decreased Chances of Injury- there are no adjustments or weights to change.

3.     Ease of Movement Between Circuit Training Stations- it is extremely easy to get in and out of the equipment without having to adjust weight amounts and seat or back settings.

 

The program does not require the member to maintain records of how much they lifted previously, how much they have improved on a given resistance station or what percentage their one rep maximum has improved.

 

Circuit training is designed to challenge a member’s cardiovascular system and strength endurance for the sole purpose of improving their overall health, associating fun with exercise and helping to create a lifelong habit of exercising.
